I know that Desch IPP Sp. z o.o. follows provisions of Art. 13.1 of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter “GDPR”, namely:

• Desch IPP Sp. z o.o. with a registered seat at 41-923 Bytom, 16 Elektrownia St., is the Data Controller,
• My personal data will be processed when I send any correspondence in writing or use the contact form available on your website under Art. 6.1f) GDPR which stipulates processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, including handling the issue raised by the inquiring party and maintaining contact with any interested parties as potential clients;
• Processing is aimed at handling the issues raised by me in my correspondence and also at sending communications to me;
• My data will be disclosed to the following groups of interested parties: authorized and trained personnel processing such data, entities processing data based on written contracts, and postal operators delivering mail;
• Data retention period will depend on the nature of the received correspondence; however, my personal data will be erased no later than 10 years after the issue raised by me in my correspondence has been resolved.
• I have the right to request access to my personal data, to have my data corrected or erased, and to restrict processing of my data. I also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

Furthermore, Art. 21.1 GDPR stipulates I have the right object, on grounds relating to my particular situation and at any time, to the processing of my personal data under Art. 6.1f) GDPR.
